Southern Backwater Series Tournament "Red Gator Challenge"

The Southern Backwater Tournament Series is a collection of seven separate catch and release tournaments which will be held out of Southwest Florida. Unlike any other tournament series in South Florida, The Backwater Series is the first professional inshore tournament series to cover all of southwest Florida. The South Division is hosted out of Naples, FL and the North Division is hosted out of Ft. Myers Beach, FL. The Southern Backwater Tournament Series attracts anglers and citizens from Everglades City up the coast to Pine Island. With the series format we have chosen we will be able to draw the attention of all local and out of area anglers, and fishing enthusiasts. Our 2010 tournament season will start in Ft, Myers in March and conclude with the Grand Championship in Naples during October.
